Nativity Christmas Scented Beeswax Candle : Frankincense & Myrrh

Bring joy and warmth into your home this Christmas season with this hand-poured 9oz double-wick beeswax + coconut candle inspired by the third Joyful Mystery, The Nativity. This limited edition small batch candle is scented with a custom blend of fragrance notes reminiscent of the gifts of Frankincense and Myrrh from the Wise Men, with a hint of incense to remind us of the glorious Midnight Mass.

All materials and scents I use are 100% clean, non-toxic, and centered around the Catholic faith.

Your candle is made with : 

- Beeswax directly sourced from reputable beekeepers from the Midwest. 
- A small amount of Organic Coconut Oil added to assist with scent throw and burn rate.
- Clean Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oils 
- Cotton Wicks

No dyes, or extra additives were used in making this candle.

This double-wick 9oz beeswax + coconut candle has an approximate burn time of 40-45 hours.

Did you know beeswax candles have been used exclusively in the Catholic Church for centuries? According to the Catholic Encyclopedia, “The pure wax extracted by bees from flowers symbolizes the pure flesh of Christ received from His Virgin Mother, the wick signifies the soul of Christ, and the flame represents His divinity.” 

Candle Care Instructions : 

- Please light BOTH wicks each and every time you burn the candle. 
- The first burn should be enjoyed for 3-4 hours to allow a large initial melt pool to form.
- Trim wicks 1/4” to 1/8” short each time before lighting. 
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects such as curtains.
- Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Extinguish the flames with a snuffer, or by dipping the wick into the wax pool with a metal object- this will eliminate the chance of soot build-up and smoke.
- Never leave burning candle unattended.
- Candle jar is HOT. Never handle while burning.
