Ascension Rosary Candle

This is a hand poured small batch beeswax candle inspired by the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary. This candle, inspired by the Ascension, is scented with a thoughtful custom blend of fragrance notes including Eucalyptus, Sea Salt, Bamboo, Green Leaves.

Inspiration behind the scent : “And when he had said these things, while they looked on, he was raised up: and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they were beholding him going up to heaven, behold two men stood by them in white garments. Who also said: Ye men of Galilee, why stand you looking up to heaven? This Jesus who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come, as you have seen him going into heaven." - Luke 24:50-53

Christ’s Ascension into heaven is celebrated 40 days after Easter. Let us meditate upon the glorious day of this important event, while filling our prayer space with the "heavenly" and airy scent of Eucalyptus, Sea Salt, Bamboo, and Green Leaves.

All materials and fragrances I use are 100% clean, non-toxic, and centered around the Catholic faith.

Your candle is made with : 

• Beeswax locally sourced from American beekeepers located in the Midwest.
• A small amount of Organic Coconut Oil added to assist with scent throw and burn.
• Clean Phthalate-Free Fragrance Oils
• 100% Cotton Wick I personally primed with beeswax to ensure a proper burn.

No dyes, or extra additives were used in making this candle.

The Ascension beeswax candle is currently available in :

• 4 oz hexagon glass jar - 20-25 hours burn time
• 6 oz hexagon glass jar - 30-35 hours burn time

Candle Care Instructions :

• Never leave burning candle unattended.
• Allow the first burn to form a complete melt pool before extinguishing.
• Trim wick 1/4” to 1/8” short each time before lighting.
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects such as curtains.
• Do not burn longer than 3-4 hours at a time.
• Extinguish the flame with a snuffer or by dipping the wick into the wax pool with a metal object- this will eliminate the chance of soot build-up and smoke.
